"I started visiting Mind Body Spine in early 2022. I was experiencing upper back pain, occasional tingling in my fingers, and trouble sleeping.

The team at Mind Body Spine were patient and kind with me, as this was my first time with a chiropractor. They walked me through my x-rays and my care plan, which was wonderful and helped me feel more comfortable.
