"My name is Sang Han. I began being treated at Body Mind Spine two weeks ago. I visited here because my right arm hurt. Dr. Louie checked my arm (X-Ray), it showed my neck was a little bent. Dr. Louie wanted 4 weeks of treatment, I agreed, but after two weeks I am free to move my arm. I am pretty happy that my arm is almost normal. This is very good news for me, Dr. Louie has high knowledge for spine and other bones. Also they are very comfortable and kind. I strongly recommend Mind Body Spine." - Sang Han Learn more from GMB Posts For Location "Mind Body Spine" https://local.google.com/place?id=15016712071713918020&use=posts&lpsid=CIHM0ogKEICAgIDZypLL9AE

Misalignment of the teeth or jaw: This can cause uneven pressure on the TMJ, leading to pain and discomfort. Bruxism refers to the habit of unconsciously grinding or clenching the teeth, especially at night. Will a Chiropractor help with TMJ? A chiropractor can help with TMJ by addressing misalignments in the jaw or spine that may contribute to the condition. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is closely connected with the cervical spine and the surrounding muscles. Therefore, a problem with the cervical spine can cause referred pain in the jaw, neck and head. Chiropractors typically use a combination of manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy and exercises to address pain and discomfort caused by TMJ. They may also provide advice on lifestyle changes, such as posture and stress management, that can help alleviate symptoms. Don't let TMJ pain control your life. "Dr. Louie has been amazing. I have seen her through 2 pregnancies and she has been accommodating allowing my kids to come to appointments, finding time to fit me into her schedule at the last minute, and answering any questions I have. Her treatment is very science based and gives great results. Through my 2 pregnancies that I have been through with Dr. Louie, she has been able to address my aches and pains and also balance my pelvis for a natural and easy delivery (haven't had the other baby yet, but am hopeful for the same results). Last baby was 10lbs and had no issues. After my previous baby was born she was able to help with his reflux and indigestion helping him and me sleep better. I will definitely be bringing this baby to her if any issues arise. The clinic is well run, clean, and welcoming. So grateful to have found Dr. Louie and am looking forward to her continued care after pregnancy." - Aurore O'Grady Learn more from GMB Posts For Location ...

How do I get my TMJ to stop hurting? TMJ, or temporomandibular joint disorder, is a condition that can cause pain and discomfort in the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. The cause of TMJ can vary and may include issues such as arthritis, jaw injury, or grinding or clenching of the teeth. To help alleviate TMJ pain, you can try the following: Applying heat or ice packs to the jaw to help reduce inflammation and pain. Practicing relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation, to help relax the jaw muscles. Avoid activities that stress the jaw, such as chewing gum or eating tough or chewy foods. Avoid grinding or clenching your teeth. "I started at Mind Body Spine because I was experiencing some mid-back and neck pain, which caused discomfort throughout the day and headaches. I was expecting to receive monthly adjustments, but I am getting so much more than that! Not only am I adjusted weekly, which has alleviated a lot of my back pain, but I'm given exercises catered to my specific needs. These exercises are what I think will help me to improve my posture and my health long-term. My experience here feels much more holistic than the other chiropractors I've been to, and I like Dr. Louie and how efficient her treatments are." - Carissa Kirk Learn more from GMB Posts For Location "Mind Body Spine" https://local.google.com/place?id=15016712071713918020&use=posts&lpsid=CIHM0ogKEICAgICZvufobg

"Everyone in the office is friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The atmosphere is relaxing. And the knowledge and experience Stephanie has is amazing! She did a thorough exam of my spine, including X-rays - I’ve never had a chiropractor do that. And then she put together a plan to actually fix my issues and help maintain them, not just “let’s snap and crack you and see you next time you have pain”. It was actually really encouraging to learn that the chronic pain I have had for years can be improved, and I feel I have a doctor who wants to work with me to improve my overall health!! I cannot say enough good things about this place…but I definitely recommend giving it a try! You will love it!" - Sasha Randall Learn more from GMB Posts For Location "Mind Body Spine" https://local.google.com/place?id=15016712071713918020&use=posts&lpsid=CIHM0ogKEICAgICZ0oCcmwE

"Finding a new Chiropractor in a new city is a challenge, but after 2 years of trial and era and deteriorating health and much pain I was referred to Dr. Louie by my daughter and I am so thrilled. I finally feel I am in the right hands. Dr. Louie was incredibly thorough and took scans and ex-rays before even touching my back or neck. She then educated me so I can understand what is going on. That sets her apart from anyone else I have ever been to. Since I have been in her care I have less pain and more mobility and I’m finally able to be more active which was the whole reason behind moving here. Dr. Louie continues to support each of her patients on their journey to better health. She does regular scan check-ups to track your progress. I am so happy to report that although I still have a ways to go I am improving weekly under her plan and direction. Thank you Dr. Louie and much gratitude to your amazing team. I look forward to every visit." - Liz Engert Learn more ...

Can a Chiropractor help with Sciatica? Yes, a chiropractor can help with sciatica. Chiropractors are trained to diagnose and treat various musculoskeletal conditions, including sciatica. Chiropractic care for sciatica usually involves spinal adjustments to realign the spine and relieve pressure on the sciatic nerve. Chiropractors may also use other techniques such as mobilization, manual therapy, soft tissue work, and physical therapy exercises to help alleviate sciatic pain. Chiropractic care can effectively manage sciatic pain by reducing inflammation, improving mobility, and restoring function to the affected area. A chiropractor can also help identify the underlying cause of the pain and develop a treatment plan to address it. For example, some underlying conditions contributing to sciatic pain include a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, or piriformis syndrome. Once the underlying condition is diagnosed, the chiropractor can work with the patient to create a treatment plan tha...

"For many years I have had issues with my cervical, shoulders and headaches, as I am a desk/computer lady. I went to several different treatments, until a friend told me about Mind Body Spine. I started therapy at the end of November 2021. I was very impressed when Dr. Louie showed me my spine and cervical regionand also explained what I need to do in order to correct my posture. I started decompression twice a week and after a month I can feel that the pressure has reduced a lot and I have no headaches. Mind Body Spine also sent me simple exercises that help very much and I can do them anywhere. Dr. Louie and her two colleagues are great at explaining all the tasks and do their best to accommodate your therapy to your schedule." - Rosemarie Frank Learn more from GMB Posts For Location "Mind Body Spine" https://local.google.com/place?id=15016712071713918020&use=posts&lpsid=CIHM0ogKEICAgIDpzOWxkgE
